To participate in All-Inclusive by Marriott Agent Rewards Program agents must:
Be 18 years or older
Complete and submit an enrollment form
Complete the online training at www.aibymarriottagentrewards.com
Provide proof of active employment with a Marriott-qualified Tour Operator or Travel Agent annually
Maintain an active membership status with (3) bookings at any All-Inclusive by Marriott hotel of 5-nights or longer per calendar year
Bookings qualify for points only when client travel is completed.
30 points will earn 1 night stay at one of All-Inclusive by Marriott Premium AI hotels (Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Maya, Westin Playa Conchal, Turtle Beach, Crystal Cove, Tamarind, and Waves Hotel & Spa) based on double occupancy.
40 points will earn 1 night stay at one of All-Inclusive by Marriott Luxury hotels (Treasure Beach, The House or Colony Club [EP]), based on double occupancy.
Groups of 10 or more can earn a maximum of 10 room nights for redemption – even if booked individually
Cash incentives are offered per room night.
Cash incentive is ONLY paid if requested. A payout of £1 per room/night with a maximum of £1000 annually.
Each room sold have to be entered separately, bookings with two rooms or more will only get one point.
Bookings previously redeemed for stays cannot be redeemed for cash incentives.
Qualified bookings must be a minimum of 5 nights.
A booking can only be claimed for once. In the event of a double logged booking, the originator of the booking (i.e direct to consumer) will be rewarded.
Bookings are accounted for annually and do not rollover or accumulate into the next calendar year. Points have a 2 year expiration date.
All bookings must be reported prior to guest arrival.
Only bookings made by individually enrolled members qualify for redemption and are not transferable or combinable with other members or group.
Redemption of accommodation is based on lead-in room category.
A qualified agent can redeem up to 15 nights per stay, per visit with a maximum of 5 nights per property at one of All-Inclusive by Marriott participating hotels (Delta Hotels by Marriott Riviera Nayarit, The Westin Reserva Conchal, Treasure Beach, The House, Tamarind, Turtle Beach, Crystal Cove and Waves Hotel & Spa) based on double occupancy, or 7-night stay at Colony Club by Elegant Hotels, Barbados) based on double occupancy.
Meal Plan Redemptions are available for up to 2 people per stay. Additional Meal Plan may be purchased at net rate values subject to date and duration of stay, only at Colony Club.
Agents will be expected to complete a site inspection of the hotel during their stay and also visit other All-Inclusive by Marriott properties where applicable.
All bookings are sent to the hotel for approval. This will take place once guest travel. The hotel will then authorise your reward and you will receive notification of this.

You may cancel your booking up to the day of arrival to either the Reservations or Front Office departments, if cancellation is not notified your points will be forfeited.
The program allows you to combine with eligible All-Inclusive by Marriott incentives unless specified otherwise.
Your User Name and Password are unique to you and will travel with you should you change agencies. You can advise us of your new contact details simply by going into Edit Profile.

If you pay tax in the UK, we will deduct minimum 20% tax as a default at source from your cash rewards payable at the point of redemption. You will still be requested and it remains your responsibility to confirm your own tax bracket if it is higher than 20% and as such it. Any non-UK residents are still required to make their own declarations and may request to be opted out of the automatic deductions. If in doubt you should ask your employer’s advice on this.
Rewards stays for the Barbados hotels can now be redeemed up to 5 months prior to arrival for the remainder of 2021.
