How can I participate?
  • To participate in Elegant Escapes Agent Rewards (EEAR) agents must:
  • Register for our online training programme at www.eleganthotelstraining.com and complete the training course
  • Provide proof of active employment with an EHG-qualified Tour Operator or Travel Agent annually
  • Maintain an active membership status with (3) bookings at any Elegant Hotel of 5-nights or longer per calendar year
  • What are the point values?
  • Each booking of a 5-night stay, qualifies for 1 point.
  • One point will earn 1 night stay at one of Elegant Hotels Group’s EP hotels (Colony Club, Tamarind, The House), based on double occupancy
  • Two points will earn 1 night stay at one of Elegant Hotels Group Premium AI hotels (Turtle Beach, Crystal Cove), based on double occupancy
  • Cash incentives are offered per booking after your 14th annual booking or you can continue accumulating room nights. Cash incentive is ONLY paid on your 15th annual booking*
  • Qualified bookings must be a minimum of 5 nights
  • Can I bring another adult or child?
  • Yes, if the extra person/child can be accommodated in the lead in category, you can redeem 1 point per extra person, per day. If maximum occupancy is exceeded, room type supplements will apply
  • If you don’t have enough points for extra person/child, supplements will apply
  • The free kids programme on contracts do not apply for redemption
  • Can I add a meal plan?
  • Yes, meal plan upgrades can be redeemed or purchased seperately†
  • One booking qualifies for FAP plan for 2 adults per day
  • Can I combine EEAR with other incentives?
  • Yes, the program allows you to combine with eligible Elegant Hotels incentives unless specified otherwise
  • When do my bookings earn points?
  • Bookings qualify for points only when client travel is completed
  • Only unclaimed bookings or points are eligible towards rewards
  • How do I redeem?
  • Submit a completed redemption request online at www.eleganthotelsrewards.com
  • A qualified agent can redeem up to 15 nights per stay, per visit with a maximum of 5 nights per property at one of Elegant Hotels Group Premium AI hotels (Turtle Beach, Crystal Cove) based on double occupancy, or 7-night stay at one of Elegant Hotels Group’s EP hotels (Colony Club, Tamarind, The House), based on double occupancy
  • Redemtion of accommodation is based on lead-in room category
  • Agents will be expected to complete a site inspection of the hotel during their stay and also visit one other Elegant Hotels property.
  • How do I track and report my bookings?
  • Once registered at: www.eleganthotelsrewards.com, you can log your bookings to your personal account
  • All bookings must be reported prior to guests travel date. Any bookings reported after guests’ arrival will not be accepted. Remember, only bookings made by individually enrolled members qualify for redemption and are not transferable or combinable with other members or group
  • Do my bookings or points expire?
  • Bookings are accounted for annually and do not rollover or accumulate into the next calendar year. All points needs to be redeemed or will expire by 31 December of the subsequent calendar year.
  • Can I change my confirmed booking?
  • Yes you can, subject to availability.
  • You may cancel your booking up to the day of arrival to either the Reservations or Front Office departments, if cancellation is not notified your points will be forfeited
  • Do my group bookings earn points?
  • Groups of 10 or more can earn a maximum of 10 room nights for redemption – even if booked individually
  • What if I leave my agency?
  • Bookings made and registered to your account remain valid even if you move to another agency
  • Bookings cannot be redeemed by another agent
